Pirashki
Panzerotti persiani farciti con carne, pomodoro e funghi.
Persian stuffed panzerotti with meat, tomato, and mushrooms.

Salad Olovie
Insalata cremosa a base di pollo, patate, uova sode, cetriolini, piselli e maionese, servita con pane fresco.
Creamy salad made with chicken, potatoes, boiled eggs, pickles, peas, and mayonnaise, served with fresh bread.

Ash-e Gandom
Una raffinata zuppa persiana a base di grano, fagioli borlotti, ceci, fagioli mung, carne e riso persiano, arricchita da cipolle dorate e profumata con cannella.
A refined Persian soup made with wheat, borlotti beans, chickpeas, mung beans, meat, and Persian rice, enriched with golden onions and scented with cinnamon.

Tahchine Morgh va Bademjan
Sformato di riso persiano al forno, preparato con pollo speziato, melanzane, yogurt, zafferano e uova, arricchito con zereshk (grani di crespino agrodolci) e una crosta dorata e croccante.
Persian baked rice pie prepared with spiced chicken, eggplant, yogurt, saffron, and eggs, enriched with zereshk (tart barberries) and a golden, crispy crust.

Kolompeh
Dolcetti artigianali ripieni di datteri e noci, aromatizzati con cardamomo, cannella e acqua di rose, serviti con tè persiano.
Handmade pastries filled with dates and walnuts, flavored with cardamom, cinnamon, and rose water, served with Persian tea.

Contorni / Sides
Miscela di erbe fresche — Salad Shirazi: insalata di cetrioli, pomodori, cipolla rossa e limone.
Mix of fresh herbs — Salad Shirazi: salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and lemon.
