These pants take their cues from old workwear, back when trousers were expected to survive more than a season and nobody used the phrase “smart casual.”

The fit is generous, with a roomy rise, a full seat, plenty of space through the thigh, and a true straight leg with no tapering.

There are reinforced double knees with debris cleanouts, reinforced back pockets, two hammer loops, precise 1/8-inch stitching, and custom woven labels made in the USA. The fabric is a hardwearing 13-ounce Japanese selvedge herringbone, cut and sewn in the USA.
