The Huntsman takes its cues from the western shirts seen in American movies of the 1950s and 60s. The details are familiar, but Freenote keeps the whole thing clean and uncomplicated.
It is made from a 7.5 oz Japanese cotton and linen blend, using the reverse side of the fabric for a soft, slightly irregular surface.
Western front and back yokes give the shirt its character, finished with precise 1/8" double-needle stitching and antiqued Italian bone fisheye buttons. The fabric has been rinsed and pre-shrunk, so there should be no surprises after the first wash.
Wear it untucked with indigo denim. Button it up. Roll the sleeves. Don't think about it too much. It is a very good shirt.
