RETURNING GOODS TO US
To return a product you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number, the item you want to return and the reason of your return. ALL ACCESSORIES (socks, bandanas, belts, wallets and bracelets) are considered final sales and are not returnable.
We accept returns up to 14 days from delivery day. Returned goods must be intact, clean, unworn with all tags and packaging.
Returns are FREE for customers based in the EU.
For SALE items, returns are paid by the customer.
OUTSIDE UE RETURNS (UK INCLUDED)
For Extra UE Returns the return shipping is paid by the customer including custom duties. Before sending any items back to us, please contact us at email@example.com specifying the order number, the item you want to return and the reason of your return.
ON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER BACK
We usually process refunds or exchanges within 2 working days from receiving the returned goods.
The funds will be returned via the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used.
If it's a size swap just follow the return process, and as soon as we know, we'll send you the size you want. If the size you want is not available we will let you know immediately.
Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
