Shipping
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. We use DHL Express within Europe. This usually takes between 1-2 working days to be delivered. Unless specified we will ship the following working day after your order is placed.
Example #1: You place your order on Monday, we will ship on Tuesday. You will be likely to receive our package between Wednesday and Thursday
Example #2: You place your order on Friday, we will ship on Monday. You will be likely to receive our package between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Depending upon your location and urgency, we use DHL Express or Fedex. All shipments are tracked.

Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs on International orders are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
