MIRZA GHASEMI

Crema persiana di melanzane affumicate e pomodoro
Melanzane arrostite lentamente, amalgamate con una ricca salsa di pomodoro e aglio, legate da uova setose. Una specialità raffinata del Nord dell’Iran, servita calda con pane Lavash.

Smoky Persian eggplant and tomato dip — roasted eggplants blended with a rich tomato and garlic sauce, gently bound with silky eggs. A refined specialty from Northern Iran, served warm with lavash bread.


ASH RESHTEH

Zuppa persiana di erbe e tagliolini
Raffinata zuppa a base di erbe aromatiche, verdure delicate e legumi, con tagliolini tradizionali. guarnita con cipolla e menta fritta e un tocco di kashk (siero fermentato).

Persian herb & noodle soup — an elegant blend of fresh herbs, tender greens, and nourishing legumes, intertwined with traditional Persian noodles. Artfully topped with crisp fried onions, aromatic mint, and a drizzle of kashk.


DOLMEH FELFEL (Peperoni ripieni persiani)

Peperoni ripieni alla persiana con riso, carne e lenticchie gialle
Peperoni farciti con riso, erbe aromatiche fresche, cipolla, carne macinata e lenticchie gialle, cotti lentamente in una delicata salsa agrodolce di pomodoro. Serviti con pane Barbari.

A comforting Persian dish of bell peppers filled with rice, herbs, onions, minced meat, and yellow lentils, gently cooked in a tangy-sweet tomato sauce.

Torshi — Verdure e erbe fresche sotto aceto, secondo la tradizione persiana.
Persian pickled herbs and vegetables.


DIGHCHE MASHHADI (Budino di riso del Khorasan)

Dolce tradizionale della regione del Khorasan
Preparato con riso, latte e zucchero, cotto lentamente fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa e profumato con acqua di rose. Tradizionalmente guarnito con cannella e pistacchi. Accompagnato da tè persiano.

A cherished dessert from Khorasan, made with rice, milk, and sugar, gently cooked to a creamy texture and perfumed with rose water. Traditionally topped with cinnamon and pistachios. Served with Persian tea.
