We brought one of our original vintage US MAIL postal bag to Actawl and asked him to rework it into a "new" Tote Carrier Bag.

Made from an original vintage US MAIL postal bag in a light rust/brown color.
Cloth is a very thick, heavy duty canvas as the old mail bags were made from. On the front has the original "US MAIL" stamp with the mail bag number and the right front side says "DOMESTIC".

The Canvas is in "as found" condition. May have some little nicks and signs due to age but all seams are tight.

Handles and inserts are hand-made from genuine cowhide leather with contrast stitching made by hand. Bottom is hand-made from genuine bull leather.

It features 4 rivets: 3 copper rivets and one signature Actawl brass rivet.
No zippers and no inside lining.

As you can see from the pictures you can use it in three different ways simply folding the rims of the bag. A really unique piece that makes a great overnight or weekend bag with lots of room!
