ASH-E MASH
Zuppa tradizionale di fagioli mung verdi e riso, con brodo di carne, verdure fresche e salsa di yogurt fermentato.
Traditional mung bean and rice soup with meat broth, fresh vegetables, and fermented yogurt sauce.
KASHK-E BADEMJOON
Crema di melanzane speziata con menta fresca, cipolla croccante, noci e salsa di yogurt fermentato. Servita con pane lavash.
Spiced eggplant dip with fresh mint, crispy onions, walnuts, and fermented yogurt sauce, served with lavash bread.
BAGHALI POLO CON CARNE
Riso basmati con fave e aneto, accompagnato da bocconcini di carne cotti lentamente con cipolle, zafferano e spezie aromatiche. Servito con salsa di cipolle caramellate e note di zafferano.
Basmati rice with fava beans and dill, served with slow-cooked meat, caramelized onion sauce, and saffron.
