From Paradise parking lot locate the trailhead behind the Jackson Visitor Center. The crosshatched system of trails heading out of Paradise is intricate, so make sure to pick up a map if you didn't bring one.

Elevation gain: from 1645 mt to 2164 mt above sea level.
Difficulty: easy to moderate.
