Birra Stima

Birra Stima

Birra Stima was born from the desire of two friends, Mariano and Simone, to produce a completely natural, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beer.

They started in 2017 with their first recipe, an artisanal natural Bionda, followed by the Bianca and the Rossa, two seasonal beers, one for summer time and the other for winter.

The idea of having a beer that is as much as artisanal and local as possible led the two guys, together with their master brewer, to start a cultivation of local barley and to venture into a small experimental hops grove which gave birth to the IPA, a beer with the right character and aroma of fresh hops.

With this last label they gave an even more heritage footprint to their brand, also starting with a small production of t-shirts and bandanas reaching people all over the world.

At Birra Stima they strongly believe that the most important recipe is to convey to customers their passion into combining taste and style, trying to win their esteem (in italian: Stima)

Their beers:

La Bionda Naturale Artigianale
Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with spicy, fruity, citrus notes. It presents slight malty notes which lead to a refreshing finish.

La Bianca Naturale Artigianale
Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with a pronounced wheat aroma, spiced and with a sour aftertaste.

La Ipa Naturale Artigianale
Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with bitterness combined with an intense and complex aroma. Citrus, fruity and floral notes.

La Rossa Naturale Artigianale
Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with a soft, enveloping and balanced taste and a marked hint of toasted malt.
